FREE GUIDE
Your thoughts aren’t just background noise.
They shape how you feel, and what you do.
Positive or negative. Helpful or unhelpful - They set off real chemical and physical changes in your body... We feel the effects of them.
This short guide, and explainer video, show you how to see this more clearly, and how turn it more in your favour.

Here’s what almost nobody gets taught: it’s a cycle.
What you think influences how you feel. How you feel drives what you do.
And what you do quietly confirms what you thought in the first place.
Believe you’re no good at something and you’ll feel resistant....
If then you avoid it, you’ll never get better at it - and there’s your proof and evidence steadily building.
The loop continues.
That isn’t a character flaw.
It’s a mechanism - and mechanisms can be changed once you can see them.

See exactly how thinking, feeling and acting feed each other and where in the loop you can break it.

A 30-second thought experiment that proves how an imagined thought moves your body and your mood.

Your attention works like a torch beam. Learn to aim it deliberately — with a simple worksheet for switching it when it drifts.
As I see it, better mental health isn’t about forcing a smile or repeating affirmations you don’t believe. It’s grounded in something far more practical: thoughts trigger chemical and hormonal changes, those changes create a state - confident, anxious, flat, or other... - and we act out of whatever state we’re in. As the saying goes, 'All performance is state dependent...' - So that's what we've to work with.
Get on top of your thinking, helps get on top pf your state, helps get on top of how your inner experience serves you better - (Instead of doing you a disservice!)
I’m James Marquis. Across 870+ clients and years working in NHS mental health, I’ve found the same thing again and again: people don’t need more motivation, they need to understand how their own mind-body system works. So that’s what I teach - in plain English, with tools you can actually use. My aim isn’t to keep you coming back. It’s to hand you the controls so you can have the capability yourself.

Life’s full on and your head’s fuller.
